BC Wild Fires and the Current Provincial State of Emergency: RTB Updates and What you Need to Know

British Columbia is currently facing a province wide state of emergency in response to the wild fires. Many landlords and tenants are concerned about the fire situation. In response to this, the Residential Tenancy Branch has created the following resources to support rental housing owners and managers, and their tenants through this crisis:
