LandlordBC Property Managers Annual Membership Dues

This membership is for individuals or organizations who are licensed and whose primary business is the provision of rental housing property management services through third-party contracts. Property managers are subject to a unique and attractive membership structure which provides them with access to all of LandlordBC’s highly valued services and solutions plus, membership voting rights, and the right to advertise and promote their services through our various publications, sponsorship of our events, and participation in our tradeshows to expand their businesses. Membership dues are issued on an annual basis.

LandlordBC members are expected, under the association Code of Ethics, to accurately report all rental units that they own and/or manage. Please enter the correct number of units you own in the box below to calculate your dues.

Please note that all membership applications are reviewed and activated during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. If you have submitted this application after hours, it will be activated the following business day. LandlordBC membership dues are a tax-deductible expense and are non-refundable.
