This membership is for individuals or organizations who maintain exclusive or primary ownership of the rental housing property(ies) they manage. Property owner members are owners of purpose-built rental housing (apartments/multi-family), secondary suites, and investment condos for rent. They represent the largest constituency of our membership base, and highly value the expertise, services and support LandlordBC delivers every day. Annual membership dues are based on a per unit rate (the number of rental units you own/operate). LandlordBC members are expected, under the association Code of Ethics, to accurately report all rental units that they own and/or manage. Please note that all membership applications are reviewed and activated during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. If you have submitted this application after hours, it will be activated the following business day. LandlordBC membership dues are a tax-deductible expense and are non-refundable.
